Terms and conditions for participation in the Reuterson referral program ("Referral Portal")

1. Provider of the referral program

1.1. The referral program is technically and operationally provided by Affiliatly, a service of Overcode LTD, str. Konstantin Ognyanovich 16, floor 2, Vratza, 3000, Bulgaria (hereinafter "Affiliatly").


1.2. Reuterson (operator of www.carbon-cover.de) is not the provider of the referral program and does not make independent payments within the framework of the referral program. Participation takes place exclusively via the infrastructure of Affiliatly.

2. Eligibility to participate

2.1. Only natural persons aged 18 and over who have placed and successfully completed their own order with a minimum order value of €50 in the Reuterson online shop are eligible to participate.

2.2. The referrer only receives a reward if both

• their own order includes at least €50, and
• the order of the referred person (hereinafter "recommended person") also amounts to at least €50.

2.3. Employees of Reuterson and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. How the referral program works

3.1. The referrer receives a personal referral link from Affiliatly. Only through this link can the system clearly assign a successful referral.

3.2. A claim to the reward exists only if the system from Affiliatly has automatically recognized and registered a successful referral.
Manual assignment or subsequent recognition by Reuterson requires contact.

3.3. For each successful referral, the referrer receives a €10 reward – subject to section 5 – which is paid out after the legal withdrawal period of the recommended person has expired.

4. Requirements for a successful referral

A referral is only considered successful if the following conditions are cumulatively met:

4.1. The recommended person uses the personal referral link of the referrer when making a purchase.

4.2. The order of the recommended person has a minimum order value of €50 and is fully paid.

4.3. The referred person waives cancellation and return – the order is thus final.

4.4. The referrer has not canceled or returned their own order.

4.5. There are no attempts to circumvent or manipulate (e.g., self-promotion via secondary accounts, orders to the same delivery address, or IP-based abuse indicators).

5. Payment of the reward

5.1. The payout of collected rewards is made optionally via:

• Bank transfer (SEPA) or
• PayPal.

5.2. Upon written request, payment can be made via bank transfer; processing time of up to 30 days may apply. The participant is responsible for providing a valid and correct IBAN or a valid PayPal address in their Affiliatly account.


5.3. Payment will only be made after the legal return period of the referred person has expired and only if there are no reasons for exclusion.

5.4. There is no legal entitlement to payment if the system has not clearly recognized or assigned the recommendation.

6. Reasons for exclusion from payout

No payout will be made if:

6.1. the referrer cancels, returns, or otherwise reverses their own order;

6.2. the referred person cancels their order or returns it partially or completely;

6.3. the minimum order value of €50 is not reached or is reduced by returns;

6.4. suspicion that orders or recommendations have been manipulated, automated, triggered via fraudulent accounts, or otherwise inappropriately;

6.5. violation of legal regulations, public order, or the terms of participation.

7. Abuse, exclusion from the program & reversal

7.1. Reuterson and Affiliatly reserve the right to exclude participants from the referral program if abuse or disproportionate behavior is suspected. This applies in particular to:

• self-promotion through multiple own accounts,
• recommendations under the same delivery or billing address,
• artificial generation of orders for the purpose of rewards,
• use of technical aids (bots, scripts),
• false information or attempts at deception.
  
  

7.2. Reuterson is entitled to reclaim already granted benefits and payments or to refuse future payments if abuse is detected afterwards.

7.3. Reuterson may block, modify, or terminate the referral program at any time for individual participants or entirely if:

• technical problems occur,
• legal requirements demand this,
• economic reasons make this necessary,
• behavior of participants that harms the program or the company.
  

8. Limitation of the number of referrals

8.1. In principle, there is no upper limit to the number of possible rewards.

8.2. However, Reuterson reserves the right to limit participation or payment if a participant generates a disproportionately high number of referrals in a short time or if system behavior is suspicious.

9. Data protection

9.1. The processing of personal data takes place exclusively within the framework of the privacy policies of Reuterson and Affiliatly.

9.2. Affiliatly is independently responsible for data protection regarding the tracking of referrals and the payment of rewards.

9.3. The referrer is obliged to invite only persons with whom they have a personal relationship and to respect their data protection rights. The referral link must not be used for spam or mass communication.

10. Liability

10.1. Reuterson assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, failures of the Affiliatly systems, incorrect assignments, or delayed/missing payments by Affiliatly.

10.2. Further liability claims by the participant are excluded unless mandatory legal provisions apply.

11. Changes to the terms and conditions

Reuterson reserves the right to adjust, change, or discontinue the referral program at any time without giving reasons. Changes will be published on the website and take effect upon publication.

12. Final provisions

12.1. German law applies.

12.2. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

12.3. The place of jurisdiction, as far as permissible, is the location of Reuterson.

After your purchase, you will receive a personal referral link. Alternatively, you can obtain it above by entering your details.

If you share this link with friends or family, they will receive a €10 discount on their first order (minimum order value €50).
As soon as one of your friends places an order, you will receive €10 from us.

The reward is granted after the return period has expired. If your friend returns the product, no reward will be paid. Additional terms apply.

As soon as your friend places an order through your link, you will receive a confirmation that the referral was successful. After the return period (the time during which your friend can return the item) has expired, the €10 reward will be paid out to you via PayPal. However, if the product is returned, the reward will not be paid out.

For each successful referral, you will receive a €10 reward again.
